For the Squarespace design, I’d use PRIVACY NOTICE as the only very large serif heading. Make each section title a medium-sized deep-emerald heading, keep the body copy smaller and dark charcoal, use an ivory background, and leave generous space between sections. I would use little to no gold on this page—maybe one thin gold rule beneath the main title at most. That restraint is what will give it the polished corporate/legal feel you’re after rather than making the legal page look like marketing material.
