GoldLeaf Consulting provides educational, consulting, credit-related support, financial-readiness guidance, business-readiness guidance, and related services. The information provided on this website is intended to help visitors better understand available services and general financial concepts.
No Guarantee of Results
GoldLeaf does not guarantee any specific credit-score increase, deletion of information from a credit report, financing approval, business funding approval, loan approval, financial outcome, or other particular result.
Credit outcomes depend on numerous factors outside GoldLeaf’s control, including the accuracy and age of information being reported, consumer actions, creditor and furnisher responses, credit reporting agency procedures, lender criteria, and other third-party decisions.
Federal law prohibits credit-repair organizations from making false or misleading representations regarding the services they can perform.
Accurate Information Cannot Be Legally Removed Simply Because It Is Negative
No credit-repair company has the legal ability to remove accurate and current negative information from a consumer report simply because that information is unfavorable.
Consumers may dispute information they believe is inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise improperly reported. The CFPB states that consumers have the right to dispute inaccurate information directly with credit reporting companies and furnishers, generally at no cost.
Your Right to Dispute Information Yourself
Consumers have the right to review their credit reports and dispute errors without hiring a credit-repair company.
GoldLeaf does not represent that consumers are required to purchase professional assistance in order to exercise rights available under federal or state law. The FTC and CFPB both emphasize that consumers can dispute credit-report errors themselves for free.
Credit Repair Consumer Rights
Credit-repair services are subject to federal consumer-protection requirements under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). Among other protections, CROA requires certain written disclosures, written contracts, cancellation rights, and restrictions on misleading representations and advance payment practices.
Texas law also imposes requirements on credit services organizations operating within the state, including consumer disclosures and recordkeeping obligations.
Clients receiving covered credit-restoration services will receive the applicable consumer disclosures and contractual notices required by law before services begin.
Educational and Financial Information
Information provided by GoldLeaf through this website, consultations, resources, guides, or educational materials is intended for general educational and informational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise in a written service agreement.
GoldLeaf is not a bank, lender, credit reporting agency, law firm, accounting firm, tax adviser, or investment adviser. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as legal, tax, accounting, investment, or lending advice.

GoldLeaf does not control lender underwriting standards, approval decisions, interest rates, credit limits, financing terms, or funding availability and does not guarantee that a consumer or business will qualify for financing.
Third-Party Information and Services
GoldLeaf may reference or link to third-party websites, credit reporting agencies, lenders, financial institutions, payment providers, scheduling services, or other external resources.
GoldLeaf does not control and is not responsible for the products, services, policies, eligibility decisions, accuracy, availability, or practices of independent third parties.

Individual circumstances vary, and past results do not guarantee future results.
Additional Agreements and Disclosures
Certain GoldLeaf products and services may be subject to additional agreements, disclosures, cancellation notices, authorization forms, or other documentation.
Where the terms of a service-specific written agreement differ from general information appearing on this website, the applicable signed agreement governs the client relationship to the extent permitted by law.
