One important distinction: these website Terms & Conditions should not replace your Client Agreement. The Client Agreement should contain the detailed terms governing paid credit-restoration or consulting engagements, including service scope, payment obligations, cancellation rights, dispute provisions, and any service-specific requirements. Squarespace itself distinguishes general website terms from whatever additional agreements your business may require.
